BNSF 7141 Monument 5 Apr 15

Two generations of GEs lead a southbound stack ‘n pig train south out of Monument, CO on the famed Colorado Joint Line with Mt. Herman and the Rampart Range providing the backdrop.

It’s still weird for me to see double stacks on the Joint Line; they tend to stand out like a sore thumb amidst all the coal and manifest trains that frequent the line.
