SSC’s office hours are 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern time, Monday through Friday. 24 hour, 7-day ordering is available on this secure Internet site.
Payment options:
We accept Visa & MasterCard & American Express, Company Checks, Money Orders or personal checks.
Most company checks and personal checks are approved quickly to insure immediate shipment. For non-standard checks and checks over $500.00 allow 7 working days for clearance. Returned checks are subject to a service charge of $20.00.
Corporate POs are subject to credit approval on first order and ongoing payment within terms. Credit references and bank references must be submitted with your order. Please allow up to 14 business days to check credit.
Shipping Information:
Orders shipped to destination next day air, two-day air or ground service as per customer request DEPENDING ON AVAILABILITY.
All in stock items usually ship within 24 hours, same day, (barring system failure, etc.). Shipping and handling fees are calculated on the site when you place your order but are subject to adjustment for multiple boxed orders. You will be called if shipping charges are other then what you have agreed to at time of order.
International Orders:
International orders: We will not process international orders due to customs, duties, and taxes required. We will attempt to refer you to a dealer who can assist you in the region you are ordering from.
Return Policy
If the product you purchased from SSC does not function according to the manufacturers specifications, you will need to contact the manufacturer to seek a return or refund from that manufacturer.
Before returning any item, please call SSC 812/948-1194 for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number ( RMA) number.
Returns of unopened computers, notebooks, scanners and printers will be charged a 25% restocking fee and must be received by SSC within 15 days of purchase in the original retail packaging.
Most other unopened product may be returned to SSC for credit, less 25% restocking fee and excluding shipping charges, within 30 days of purchase.
Opened products can not be returned.
Shipping and insurance charges are not refundable.
Opened shrink-wrapped software and functioning special order items are not returnable.
In order to receive full credit, your purchase must be returned with shipping prepaid. All items must be in as-new condition, in original packaging and with all warrantee cards, manuals and accessories. Any discrepancies could result in a delay, partial forfeiture of credit or, in exceptional cases, return of the merchandise to you.
RMA’s are valid for seven days from the date of issuance. The RMA number must appear on your return packing label or clearly on outside of box. Returns will not be accepted without RMA.
All RMA replacement product will ship via UPS ground unless customer chooses to pay for a faster service.
Technical support:
SSC has a support staff to answer basic questions on products. In depth technical assistance will be offered for our standard fee schedule of $37.50 per call, upto one subject, for upto 15 minutes. Discounted support packages are available on the site. Questions that our staff can not answer will not be charged for and will be referred to the manufacturers technical support staff. Web addresses and phones numbers are available through our tech support department or web site.
Manufacturers’ Warranties:
All products (unless noted in writing) are sold with the full manufacturer warranty. The warranty period and services vary by manufacturer. Warranty service should be handled directly with the manufacturer.
